Pre-Race Eating: See the meet information under the tab to the left to see when you are racing. Eat a good light breakfast 3-3 1/2 hours before your race. Bring some Gatorade to the meet. Have a few swallows about 20-30 minutes before you run.
Bring a snack (fruit or energy bar or sandwich for after your race!
